Caprese Cake was first borrn on the island of Capri: someone forgot to add flour and the mixture of almonds and cocoa turned out to be delicious, crispy outside and soft in the middle. Our recipe is prepared with a delicious toasted almond flour and powder cocoa, garnished with fine icing sugar.
