The beneficial properties of pears, containing calcium and fibre, combine with cocoa cream in an energetic cake full of good taste made with shortbread pastry and plum cake. With plenty of pears in syrup and cocoa, garnished with stripes of chocolate sauce and black and white chocolate chips.
